COUNSELING ON LOCATION AND ONLINE
The step to leave a situation of violence is the most important one and requires courage. Mental support is indispensable in this process. During the coaching sessions, there is space for venting, processing, and sharing experiences. I support my clients throughout the entire process, from placement in a shelter to living in their own home and the period thereafter. I offer a listening ear and provide advice upon request. The conversations can take place on location, online, by phone, or during a walk, so that a session can always be tailored to a format that suits the client.
INTENDED RESULT
The goal of the support is for victims of domestic violence, intimate terror, and sexual exploitation to regain control of their lives. This is achieved by:
- Guidance focused on insight, acceptance, and problem clarification
- Strengthening one's own capabilities, so that self-determination and self-reliance increase
- Providing clear insight into choices and their consequences
- Increasing safety and self-confidence
